Chief Executive Officer

Paul Tran

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Tran brings Jaisda over 25 years of experience in IT, having worked for major engineering companies such as Fannie, TRW, CSC, Lockheed Martin and Deloitte in both hands-on contributor and leadership roles. Additionally, he successfully operated his own IT consulting company, Elucid Solutions, for two decades from early 1998 until it was acquired in 2018. Paul's entrepreneurial journey includes founding another startup, Zestpost.com, an online marketplace platform positioned to compete with Craigslist. Paul's a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Chau Truong

President

Chau Truong, a graduate from George Mason University with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, has led multiple major software automated testing projects for the Federal government. With over 10 years of experience leading Agile teams and developing test automation capabilities, primarily utilizing Katalon, Selenium, and Postman, Chau ensures that software development meets the high-quality standards expected from customers. Her background includes valuable experience at Booz Allen, Leidos, and Nolij Consulting, where she honed her expertise in DevOps, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and automation testing.
